The Chicago-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $29.6 million, or 23 cents per share, in the period.

The company said it had net income of $10.3 million, or 8 cents per share.
The office building real estate investment trust posted revenue of $103.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $149.4 million, or $1.18 per share. Revenue was reported as $500.7 million.
The company's shares have increased 1.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $30.69, an increase of 17 percent in the last 12 months.
