Tottenham striker Emmanueal Adebayor has been ruled out of Thursday's Europa League tie against Lazio through injury.
The Togo international, signed permanently from Manchester City in the summer after spending last season on loan at White Hart Lane, has a hamstring problem that sees him miss the game in north London.

Spurs' boss Andre Villas-Boas has indicated that he is likely to make a number of changes for their first European match of the season, with France keeper Hugo Lloris possibly coming in for Brad Friedel.
The Portuguese, however, is without Benoit Assou-Ekotto, who missed the 3-1 victory with Reading on Sunday with a knee injury, while Scott Parker is also not included in the squad as he recovers from an operation.
Jake Livermore (groin) remains sidelined for the tie, with Heurelho Gomes (ankle) and Younes Kaboul (knee) are both long-term absentees.
The former Chelsea boss has therefore selected a number of inexperienced young players in the squad for the home game with the Serie A outfit, with Adam Smith, Andros Townsend and Ryan Mason all handed places.
However, the Premier League side still have plenty of big-names available, with new signings Gylfi Sigurdsson, Clint Dempsey and Moussa Dembele among the first-term players picked.
