Free broadcast of Euro 2012 opening ceremony and match

There is good news for non-subscribers of the Euro 2012 package as StarHub will be offering free broadcast of the opening ceremony and match (Poland vs Greece) on Preview Channel (StarHub TV Channel 101).

Non StarHub subscribers can catch the free broadcast by tuning their television sets to VHF frequency 76.25MH.

StarHub will also hold a 'live' screening event of the opening Group A matches - Poland vs Greece and Russia vs Czech Republic at Clarke Quay Central Fountain Square on 8 June, 11pm.

Renowned former players such as Dietmar Hamann, Gary McAllister, Andy Cole, David O'Leary and Dennis Wise have been lined up as pundits for StarHub's Euro 2012 coverage while former Sky Sports and Eurosport presenter Paul Dempsey will be the presenter.

The Euro 2012 package is still available for subscription at $69.55.
