Ukrainian midfielder Anatoliy Tymoshchuk has hinted that he could leave Bayern Munich in the January transfer window in order to get regular first-team football elsewhere.

The Bundesliga leaders have so far insisted that they will not sell any first team players, but Tymoshchuk has revealed that he could be on the move after all.

"I do not know yet whether I will still be at Bayern come February," the holding midfielder was quoted as saying by Kicker.

The 33-year-old joined Bayern from Zenit St Petersburg in the summer of 2009 and has since made over 100 official appearances for the Bavarians.

However, Tymoshchuk has been struggling to get regular first team action this term, and could therefore opt to leave the club.

The midfielder's current contract with Bayern runs until June 2013.
