The Arsenal boss admits everything is at stake during Sunday's match against Newcastle, but that he is happy there is something to play for in the last game

Alex Song is in line to make his Barcelona debut in Sunday's La Liga match away against Osasuna, as head coach Tito Vilanova has included the midfielder in his 20-man match squad.

The Cameroon international completed his move from Arsenal to the Catalan powerhouse earlier this week, but did not feature in Thursday's 3-2 Spanish Supercopa win over Real Madrid.

Nevertheless, all formalities have now been completed and Song is set to make his first official appearance for the Blaugrana on Sunday.

"He's only been training a few days but we've explained to him a couple of moves and we'll decide if he has to play. He's adapting quickly and he comes from a club with similar methods to Barcelona," stated Vilanova at a press conference.

Andreu Fontas, Jonathan Dos Santos and Ibrahim Afellay have been left out of the squad for the match, and Vilanova hinted that the trio could be headed for the exit door.

"I've left three players out. Until August 31 there are chances that one or other could leave but also that they could stay.

"I have to draw up a team sheet for each game. This isn't a social club, if there are people that are extra they have to be on the sidelines."

Sunday's match is scheduled to kick off at 19:00CET.
