Portugal legend Eusebio is eagerly anticipating the upcoming friendly between Benfica and Real Madrid on July 27, and hailed the Spanish champions are the best team in the world.
The Lisbon giants take on Jose Mourinho's man for the Eusebio Cup, and the man whom the match was named after has nothing but praise for Los Blancos.
"I’m happy for Benfica supporters because they’ll get a chance to see the best team in the world in action at their stadium. I think it will be packed," Eusebio was quoted as saying at the official Madrid website.
"It says it all that they are the current Spanish champions. They had a spectacular season and this year’s may be even better given the progress they are making."
The 70-year-old then went on to discuss Cristiano Ronaldo, describing him as the complete player.
"He is a fantastic player who had a tremendous campaign. He is an all-rounder. He’s got it all. He is very, very good."
Ronaldo netted 46 goals in La Liga last term and a personal-best 60 in all competitions.
