Eden Hazard and Juan Mata both feature in our TOTW for the third time this season after helping table-toppers Chelsea to a 4-1 victory over Norwich City.

Hazard returned to his sensational form from the opening games of the season with the third goal of the afternoon at Stamford Bridge, but Spanish star Mata stole the show, proving influential throughout for the Blues, who now sit four points clear at the top of the table.

Manchester City’s goalscoring duo Aleksandar Kolarov and Sergio Aguero both make the cut following Saturday’s 3-0 win over Sunderland. Despite not starting at the Etihad, the Argentine lifted his side after replacing Mario Balotelli, while the Serbian left-back opened the scoring with a fantastic free-kick.
