QPR captain Ji-Sung Park has told fans that results will improve after a disappointing start to the new Premier League season which has left them in the relegation zone.
The former Manchester United man was adamant that his team deserved to beat Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Sunday, and praised his team-mate's performances in recent games.
He also claimed that both he and the rest of the squad are certain that better results are just around the corner - adding that their position in the league did not reflect how they have played in the season so far.
"We deserved to win and were the better side [against Spurs]," he told the club's official website.
"We played well at home to Chelsea last weekend and then continued that at White Hart Lane. We were so dominant in the first half.
"Results will come soon. I am confident of that and so are my team-mates.
"The league table isn't a true indicator of where we are in terms of our performances. We're only five games into the season.
"We will continue to work hard and the points will come."
Fellow midfielder Alejandro Faurlin also voiced his frustration at his side's luck following the game against Spurs, in which he scored an own goal but provided an assist for Bobby Zamora's opener.
He also reiterated Park's comments, saying that squad are confident of winning games in the near future, and pleaded for fans to be patient in the short-term.
"Sometimes these things will happen in football and we were unlucky. But we must keep positive and continue to improve in every game," he said.
"But the Premier League is like this, this is how it works. Sometimes you perform like we did yesterday and you get nothing from the game.
"For the fans I know how frustrated they are and can understand if they find it difficult to look at the bigger picture but we are all very confident here.
"We have a very strong squad here but we know we need results now and we will work very hard for that."
