Rodrigo Palacio has shared his relief over Inter's current standing in the Europa League, and is already thinking about his team's Serie A clash with Juventus on November 3.

The former Genoa forward added to his Nerazzurri tally on Thursday, clinching the winner in their narrow 1-0 victory over Partizan Belgrade, and he has reiterated how important the three points were.

"It was an important win that leaves us top and means we can relax a little bit for the rest of the group," he explained to Mediaset Premium.

"We're a great team and we want to show that again on Sunday at Bologna. We're slowly edging towards the big match against Juventus but we have a couple of big games before then.

The 30-year-old scored his first Inter goal against Catania on October 21, and is hoping to continue his current run of form and hit peak fitness.

"I'm over my injury now. I've already got two goals and I hope to keep on scoring."
