Ezequiel Lavezzi is one step closer to completing his move to Paris Saint-Germain as the Napoli attacker set foot in France on Sunday to undergo a medical, Le Parisien reports.

The Argentina international has long been linked with a summer move to the French runners-up, and it now seems only a matter of time for Lavezzi to indeed sign for PSG as the forward has arrived in Paris to complete his proposed transfer.

Lavezzi reportedly underwent a number of physical tests on Sunday, and is expected to sign a four-year deal with an option for one additional season on Monday.

The 27-year-old attacker has made 156 Serie A appearances for Napoli in the past five seasons, scoring 38 goals in the process, but recently stressed that he wants a new challenge.
