Dietmar Hamann’s Asia tour of Malaysia and Singapore is being organized and facilitated by Dentsu Sports Asia, during which he will be involved in a series of promotional activities.

The former 2005 UEFA Champions League winner’s first stop in Singapore will be at Beer Market on Friday,  June 29,  from  7.30pm  until  9.30pm.  Beer  Market  patrons,  Liverpool  fans  and  Germany supporters will get a chance to meet Hamann, and to participate in the Euro festivities with him.  

The following day, Hamann will be making an appearance at Stadio@Canberra, a newly opened futsal pitch, from 10am to 12pm. This will be a valuable opportunity for local football fans to meet the ex-Liverpool midfielder and witness his football skills as he plays in a 5-aside futsal match.

From 2pm to 4pm. as  part  of  a  CSR  program,  Hamann  will  be  holding  a  football  clinic  with  Albirex  Niigata  Singapore Football Club, where he will mentor and train their junior team.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Sports Asia, Kunihito Morimura remarked: “DSA is honored to  have  Dietmar  Hamann,  former Liverpool  FC and  German  International hero,  grace  our shores and share his footballing experience with local football fans."
