The 66-year-old former Barcelona coach firmly believes the Portuguese has been a negative influence at los Blancos this season whilst he also questioned Barca's desire for Neymar

Mauro Tassotti feels that Massimiliano Allegri is one of the best coaches in the history of AC Milan, and is in full support of the former Cagliari boss.

The 52-year-old Tassotti, who made over 400 league appearances for the Rossoneri between 1980 and 1997, currently works as Allegri's assistant at the 2011 Serie A champions and feels there is no reason to question the Milan coach.

"I am disappointed that there should be doubts over our coach, I am right behind Allegri," Tassotti stated at a press conference.

"I feel he is one of the best coaches Milan have had since I was a player. I would put him up there in the top three or four the club has had."

Tassotti will be in charge of Milan for Wednesday's league game against Cagliari following Allegri's one-match ban.
