AC Milan are close to signing Genoa duo Francesco Acerbi and Kevin Constant, Sky Sport Italia reports.

Italian sources suggest that Genoa have been locked in talks with Chievo to buy Acerbi out of his co-ownership deal for a reported €4 million before shipping the 24-year-old out to Milan on a similar contract.

Acerbi has published a photo on his Twitter page holding a Milan shirt next to Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani, with the Serie A giants expected to announce the deal shortly.

It is believed that Milan are also closing in on Constant as they look to add to their midfield options in the summer.

The Guinea international, who joined Genoa from Chievo last summer, will reportedly join Milan on loan with a view to a permanent deal.
